1. The Service

Nutri Plan helps you track nutrition, meals, body measurements, goals, reflections, and menstrual-cycle information. It is a personal wellness tool intended to help you organise and understand your own data.

2. Not medical advice

Nutri Plan is for informational and self-tracking purposes only and does not provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. Nutrient values, including AI-generated estimates, are approximate. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be relied upon for contraception or family planning. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your diet, health, or treatment.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data.
• Misuse, overload, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

5. Your content and data

The data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated estimates

Some features use AI to estimate nutritional information. These estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be treated as exact values.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as authentication, hosting, and usage analytics via Google Analytics and Firebase). How these providers handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of them may also be subject to their own terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ФОП Анастасія Федорак is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any decisions you make based on data or estimates it provides.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
